TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: Round trip, deluxe, wide-body motorcoach equipped with air conditioning, rest room, reclining seats, tinted picture windows and DVD equipped for your viewing enjoyment. All meals, sightseeing, admissions and hotel/motel accommodations are listed under “Tour Includes”.
BAGGAGE: (1) bag per person plus (1) carry-on bag per person. (Carry-on bags are the responsibility of the passenger.) SEATING: Motorcoach seats are assigned once you are either deposited or paid in full! Seats are assigned from front to back. The earlier you are deposited or paid in full – the better your seating will be! (Seating assigned on tours 3 days or longer.)
RESERVATIONS: When you sign up for a bus tour, a deposit must be received within (2) weeks or you will be cancelled. Full and final payment due (60) days before tour departure.
ITINERARY: Every effort will be made to accommodate the planned itinerary for each trip; however each itinerary is subject to change with or without prior notification.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: (Updated for 2019)
Deposits and payments for bus trips are nonrefundable. However, in the case of a serious, documented medical illness, a Future Trip Credit (FTC) may be offered. The amount of the FTC will be subject to the refund policies of the tour operator, hotels, and restaurants. Any tour inclusions like tickets or admissions that have been prepaid will have no FTC value unless the ticket can be re-sold. A cancellation received within 14 days of departure will receive no FTC. FTC’s never expire and can be used for any trip that Trustworthy Travel sells (bus trip, airline ticket, cruise, tour, etc.). Proof of illness may be requested.
Trustworthy Travel never likes to disappoint clients and cancel a trip due to lack of participation. In the event that Trustworthy Travel does not get enough interest to operate a trip using a full-sized motorcoach (typically a minimum of 30 guests is needed), transportation by a luxury 14 passenger mini-bus may be offered. You will be advised of this change in transportation and have the opportunity to cancel at that time to receive a full refund.
For any motorcoach tour cancelled by Trustworthy Travel, clients will receive a full refund. (Please allow 14 days for refund processing).
DEPARTURES: You will be called 1 week prior to departure to be advised of departure times and boarding points. Timed itineraries and luggage tags will be mailed or given to you on the morning of departure. Passengers should arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the designated pickup time.
PICK-UP POINTS: TRUSTWORTHY TRAVEL, Mifflintown; Mifflin County Library, Lewistown. (Other pick-up locations by request.)
