ITINERARY:

Day 1 – Monday, December 1, 2025                               (D)

The tour begins early morning as we depart for Asheville, North Carolina. We arrive in Asheville late in the afternoon and check into the DoubleTree Biltmore Village. The evening culminates with a delightful dinner at Stone Ridge Tavern, providing a warm and welcoming end to the first day.

Day 2 – Tuesday, December 2, 2025                              (B,D)

The day starts with a full hot breakfast buffet at the hotel, fueling everyone for a morning walking audio tour of the magnificent Biltmore Estate house. After exploring the estate, the afternoon is free for exploring and other activities, allowing guests to enjoy lunch on their own or stroll through the beautiful Biltmore Estate Gardens and Antler Hill Village & Winery. The evening features a sumptuous dinner at the Stable Café at the Biltmore, followed by a magical Candlelight Tour of the Biltmore House, adding a festive touch to the day.

Day 3 – Wednesday, December 3, 2025                        (B,L)

After breakfast, immerse yourself in Asheville’s vibrant blend of urban charm and natural beauty with a Guided Tour that takes you from the bustling streets of downtown Asheville to the breathtaking stillness of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We will recharge with a Holiday Lunch Buffet at the Grove Park Inn, a perfect opportunity to savor delicious dishes in a gorgeous, historic setting. Following the tour, enjoy a visit to the renowned Mast General Store, which exudes a nostalgic atmosphere with its tin ceiling, grand staircase, and vintage drop lights. Here, you’ll find a diverse selection of items ranging from antiques to handcrafted goods.

Enjoy free time this evening to explore downtown Asheville and sample the local culinary offerings for dinner. Finally, we’ll make our way to the North Carolina Arboretum “Winter Lights” event. This spectacular open-air light show features over one million dazzling lights, with highlights including a magnificent 50-foot tall lighted tree and the enchanting Quilt Garden, creating a magical holiday experience.

Day 4 – Thursday, December 4, 2025                                           (B,D)

After breakfast at the hotel, we visit the charming Olde World Christmas Shoppe packed with Christmas and winter holiday goods. Afterward, there’s leisure time at the Grove Arcade, a beautifully preserved historic building with ornate architecture, considered one of the first indoor shopping malls in the United States that offers a unique shopping experience with local boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants all within a striking 1920s-style setting.

Later this afternoon, we depart Asheville for Flat Rock, NC. The evening includes a delicious dinner and a live performance of “A Flat Rock Playhouse Christmas” at the state theatre of North Carolina, promising a festive and entertaining experience. The show is a celebration of holiday spirit and showcases the talents of local performers and up-and-coming professional stars.

Day 5 – Friday, December 5, 2025                    (B)

On the final day, guests enjoy one last full hot breakfast at the hotel before checking out and departing for home, taking with them cherished memories of their holiday adventure in Asheville.
